Sew a vintage-style cover-up with the Caroll Shrug! The Caroll is inspired by the groundbreaking creations of fashion designer Claire McCardell in the late 1940s. The Caroll is a simple, bias cut cover-up that can be sewn in just about any fabric—woven or knit. This versatile pattern can be made in a single fabric or color blocked and can be made either lined or as a single layer. The Caroll is designed to pair with the Rockwell Dress, but looks fabulous over any dress or top.
