Shipping policy

At Brooklyn Motif Printing, we aim to get your patterns printed and shipped as quickly as possible! Here's what you need to know about our shipping process:

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

  • Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).

  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

  • Delivery Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, including weather, operational backlogs, or incorrect address entries provided by the customer.

  • Lost Packages: Once a package is marked as shipped and tracking is provided, it becomes the responsibility of USPS.

    • If your package is lost, delayed, or missing or is delivered damaged customers are responsible for submitting a lost mail claim directly with USPS.

    • You can start a claim or search for missing mail through the USPS website: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm

Brooklyn Motif Printing currently ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time due to tariffs and associated customs costs. We appreciate your understanding and support of our U.S.-based, woman-owned small business.
