Refund policy

The shop does not issue refunds on unfulfilled orders.  If you realize that you no longer need a pattern printed, then a credit can be issued to you.  This is for orders that have not yet been printed.  Orders are printed anywhere between 3-5 days of ordering. However orders can be printed on the same day when they have been placed if convenient.  If the pattern has been printed and prepped for shipping, then a credit will NOT be issued. 

If a customer does NOT respond to any correspondence regarding clarification on an order, or any other questions or requests from this shop, after 7 days from the time the order was placed, that order will be canceled and a credit issued to the customer. 

The shop has a 7-day return policy for all shipped printed patterns.  This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to report an issue and/or request a return.  See below for more information on Damages and Issues.  You must provide notice of cancellation in writing with proof in the form of a digital picture, which this must be posted, left at, faxed or emailed to our business address no later than 7 working days after receipt of goods. If you wish to implement a return, we require the goods to be mailed back to us with shipping costs being at your expense.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

We cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if your item is not printed to scale, or if you received the wrong item or if there are missing items. You have 7 days after receiving your item to report an issue. Please provide proof in the form of a digital picture.  We’ll review the issue and do our best to make it right. 

Note that once a package has been handed off to USPS or any other shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays, damaged or lost packages. Customers are encouraged to submit a lost mail claim directly with USPS:

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus shipping costs within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
