Because our wardrobes need both statement and simple skirts, I made both options in this pattern. Variation A is a statement skirt with a diagonal split that opens and cascades to the left, creating an asymmetric hem and moving beautifully when you walk.
Variation B is a simple A-line skirt that can be shortened or lengthened easily and serve as a starting point to many creative ideas. You can also use Variation B to cut a lining for both skirts.
